Junior Phonics
Begina Education’s English Phonics programme has been running since 2017, teaching primarily pre-K children (3-4 year olds) the fundamentals of the English language. Children enrolled into the programme can expect to master all their alphabet names and sounds, increase their vocabulary, and most importantly learn to enjoy learning! Our typical class has a size of 5 students, and children will work as a team to memorise and spell a different set of vocabulary each week. Stories, games, and songs are a huge part of the curriculum, and children who love music in particular will benefit especially from our Phonics Songs! In addition to the group activities, children will be given individual attention at the end of each class to solidify their learning, practice their writing, and fine tune their pronunciation.
Junior Maths (coming soon)
Preschool Start-Up Maths started in Term 4 2018, strengthening children's counting skills and number recognition.
Start-Up Maths aims to give children 3-5 years old a solid foundation of numeracy skills to be ready and confident in the kindergarten classroom. Classes are highly interactive and rewarding with activities that revolve around group work, educational songs and games, and colouring-in that will be engaging.
Level 2 will target the NSW K-syllabus for those who are going into Kindergarten the following year.
Level 1 will develop and extend younger children (3-4 year old) who might be behind in their numeracy learning.

Group music session introducing different musical instruments to stimulate and develop children's sensory skills.
