Easter is fast approaching! All the Begina centres will be closed from Friday 2nd April to Monday 5th April. We will open back for school holiday from Tuesday 6th April 9am. Lessons that fall on closed days will be offered make-up lesson on the first week of the School Holiday. We are taking enrolment for the April 2021 School holiday program now! Monday - Friday, 6th - 16th April 2021. Totally 9 days as we are closed on Easter Monday 5th April. Enrol and pay by 26th March 2021 for the earlybird discount of 5%. Standard pricing is as below. Half-day (1 session): $50 per student per session. Whole-day (2 sessions): $100 per student per day. Students bring their own lunch, or can pay $10 per lunch order. To check the timetables and enroll your child, please click the links for each individual centres  Most parents wonder what is the best age to start violin lessons, if you ask pretty much any violin teacher, they will usually answer, “It depends.”
There are a few signals to see if a child is ready. To be clear, this is specific to violin and other string students: 1. Is my child interested in music? 2. Does my child have a 10 minute attention span? 3. Can my child hold a pencil? 4. Can my child match a note? 5. Can my child follow basic, 3-step instructions? Before committing, it is recommended to have a trial class to assess whether it’s likely to be a good fit, and also whether the child is ready to dive in. And while it will obviously vary by child.
